Questions before you buy

What does a plan include?

Osnovni (79 €) gives you a wedding site on the template you choose, an address on the ime.ewelin.app subdomain, an RSVP form with an overview of the answers, and the timeline and venues of the day. Napredni (129 €) adds the guest gallery, moderation of uploaded photos and a password lock on the site. Premium is a service: we build the site for you, the way you want it.

Do our guests need an account?

No. A guest opens the link, types their name and their answer and submits the form — no sign-up, no password, nothing to install. The account is only for the two of you, to edit the site and read the answers.

How long does the site stay online?

It depends on the plan: Osnovni 6 months, Napredni 12, Premium 24, counted from the day you publish. When that time runs out the site goes offline, the data is kept for another six months and the site can be published again with a new payment. After that it is deleted.

When do we pay?

Only when you publish. Building, previewing and reworking the site is free; a single payment unlocks the public address. There is no subscription — nothing keeps running after the wedding.

Can we lock the site with a password?

Yes, on Napredni and Premium. You print the password on the invitation, a guest types it once and the site stays open for the rest of their browser session. Wedding sites are never indexed anyway — they are reachable by link, not through a search engine.

Can guests upload photos?

Yes, on Napredni (up to 300 photos) and Premium (up to 2000). A guest uploads without an account, and the two of you decide in the gallery which photos become public.

Can we use our own domain?

Every site gets an ime.ewelin.app address, and that is included in every plan. Connecting your own domain is in the works: it will be included in Premium and available for an extra fee on the other plans. If you want one, write to us before you buy.

Can we edit the site after publishing?

Yes, for as long as it is published. A change is live the moment you save it. The timeline, the venues and the wording all change more than once before the wedding — that is exactly where the site beats a printed card.

Can we withdraw from the purchase?

Yes. As consumers you have fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Because the service starts immediately after payment, you consent to that immediate start when you buy; if you then withdraw, we charge the proportionate part of the service already performed. An email to info@ewelin.app is enough.

Are the prices final?

Yes. The price of a plan is final and there are no other costs. VAT is not charged under Article 94(1) of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1).

Can you build the site for us?

Yes — that is the Premium plan (200–300 €). You tell us what you want, we prepare a draft, we go through it together and refine the details. We publish only when you are happy with it.
